While the temperatures stay low outside and the rest of our bodies are covered up, we want those lips and eyes to shine and impress! We offer full face and body treatments to lift, tighten and glow at Old City Medspa. Here are a few treatments that can address any goals you may have regarding these two, very important, areas.

Radiofrequency Skin Tightening

This treatment uses radiofrequency technology to rebuild collagen and elastin.  It is a great treatment for the thin skin surrounding the under eye and brow area, and also areas like upper lip, forehead and nasolabial folds.

Ultherapy Brow Lift

Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy to penetrate to the layer of skin that is targeted in a surgical facelift.  This is a more aggressive tightening and lifting treatment that is a great alternative to a surgical approach.  It can be done to smaller areas such as the eyes or the full face, neck and decollete.

Botox Brow Lift

Botox, Xeomin, Dysport all work the same by relaxing underlying muscles to smooth your skin on the outside and relaxing the muscles between the brows. This allows the forehead muscles to pull up the now-relaxed muscles between the brows, thereby elevating the brows and opening up the eyes.  Meet with Katelyn Gillooly to learn more!

LIP PLUMPING AND SMOOTHING TREATMENTS AT OLD CITY MEDSPA

Radiofrequency Lip Plumping

his treatment begins with a lip polish to remove dead skin cells and smooth the lips.  Followed by radiofrequency heat applied to the lip area to stimulate collagen and elastin production and plump the lips for a smooth and fuller appearance.  Finish with peptide rich lip serum to continue collagen production beyond the spa room.  $100

Lip Filler

Dermal fillers are used to add volume, smoothness or both to the lips.  It can be targeted to the “smokers lines” or lines above the lips, lines within the lips and creases around the mouth.  It can also be used to add more volume to lips, whether lost from age or just for fun! You can do anything from a half syringe to a full syringe depending on your preferences.  Katelyn is an amazing lip filler injector and would be happy to work with you on how to achieve your goals.

Lip Flip

A lip flip is a cosmetic procedure where a doctor injects Botox into the muscle immediately above the top lip. The Botox relaxes the muscle, which causes the lip to flip up, giving the appearance of a fuller lip.  This is typically a subtle result and lasts a month or two.  For a more long term and dramatic result, we recommend lip filler.
