Meet with Ashton to go over health concerns and goals and find clarity on getting on a good path to reach your health goals.
Initial session: $75 45 minutes
Follow up sessions: $40 20 minutes
Things we will go over:
Basic nutrition education including but not limited to: reading labels, ingredients, calorie and macro-nutrient balancing, clarity on specific diets, obstacles, goal setting, exercise, rest, stress and more.
Personalized Meal Planning
Ashton can plan your meals to make it easier on you to meal prep and eat healthy all week long. She can make recommendations on how to prep for the week ahead in a reasonable way that will lead you to success. These recipes can be catered to any special dietary restrictions such as low fat, gluten free, dairy free, low salt, etc.
$15/recipe includes simplified grocery list
$25/recipe includes simplified grocery list and macro-nutrient profile (calories, fat, carbohydrate, protein and sugars) This option is necessary for those on very special dietary restrictions including those on diabetic exchanges.
Recipes and grocery lists can be customized for 2-6 people.
Ashton is originally from Knoxville. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition-Dietetics with honors from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she has also studied Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Bridgeport. She has experience meal planning and cooking for whole foods- plant based, vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, low fat, high protein and more. She is also a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor. Ashton's philosophy on food is that it is the foundation of health. At all times we are able to make choices that either fuel health or fuel disease. If we are eating most of our food homemade with whole foods, we are on the right track.
