What is EMSELLA? Urinary Incontinence and Sexual Function Improvement

This treatment uses electromagnetic energy to deliver thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. This is equivalent to over 11,000 kegels.  You will remain fully clothed while sitting in a chair.  The treatment is very comfortable and there is no downtime.

Infrared Himalayan Salt Sauna

If you haven’t checked out our infrared sauna yet, now is a great time to get started.  Infrared saunas use a wavelength of heat that penetrates your skin but does not warm the air around you at the same temperature..  They use panels instead of conventional heat like a typical sauna.  An infrared sauna can operate at a lower temperature (usually between 120˚F and 140˚F) than a traditional sauna, which is typically between 150˚F and 180˚F.  Supporters of infrared saunas say the heat penetrates more deeply than warmed air. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.
